ABOUT THE MENTOR:

Jerry Ilao is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Founder of Olern, the Training Platform dedicated to help companies grow their business.

In early 2005, he started his first successful business called Ink All-You-Can, with branches in SM Supermalls nationwide.

Before jumping into business, he worked for Procter and Gamble (makers of Tide, Ariel, Pantene, Safeguard, etc.) for 7 years where he helped a distributor reversed years of financial losses and made it one of the most profitable distributors in the country!  Later on, he transferred role and became part of the Global Anti-Fraud Team, before he resigned to focus on his growing business, Ink All-You-Can.

In 2015, he got elected as President of the Association of Filipino Franchisers, Inc. (AFFI), the home of famous brands such as Potato Corner, Generika, The Generics Pharmacy, Fiorgelato, Figaro, Tokyo Tempura, Peanut World, and many others.  Under his leadership, he influenced the direction of the organization to open up the association to entrepreneurs and help them scale their business.
